Buyer reviewWe were referred to Amanda by a family friend. Amanda was quick to respond and genuinely took the time to understand what we were trying to do. We contacted her back in Sept 2022 and even though she knew we were not going to be ready to purchase for another several months Feb/Mar 2023, she took time and the effort to meet us and take us around the area. This impressed us because many folks as many others in this business become transactionally focused and it will show. Amanda took the time to understand that neither of us had been to the area and we were coming in many ways sight unseen; she become supportive and invested in our plan. If you had a rating greater than "Excellent" like "Outstanding" she would have met all those as well!! Amanda went above and beyond the normal expectations of a Realtor. As we were in Arizona, she created virtual tours of homes for us. She met myself at the airport on a day that I flew close to 10 hours round trip and only had 3 hours to spend in SC, she made sure I accomplished my due dilligence goals and got me back to the airport in time to return on a single day to meet my schedule demands. Amanda made sure that everything was documented and all the details were taken care of throughout the entire process. We cannot express our gratitiude enough for the way she was able to meet the demands of our schedules, our remote location and make the process easy. We did not interact with any one other than Amanda. So, if Amanda is representative of the people at your Brokerage your organization is excellent.
