She helped my mom and I look at a variety of communities and helped us determine the exact city and neighborhood to purchase in as she downsized and relocated from LA to OC to be closer to my growing family. She helped us consider a variety of factors in the home buying process and helped my mom make the best choice for her budget and make all the final negotiaions and contract terms. This was a contigent sale and she worked tirelessly to ensure all the dates and details aligned with her needs. My mom is retired and hasn't moved in over 20 years and had lots of concerns and questions along the way. Amanda was always available for questions, document review and assistance as well as feedback along the way. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home as this was a fantastic experience all around.

Buyer reviewAmanda sold my home a few years back, and this time she helped me with a purchase. Amanda has a wonderful can-do attitude and keeps calm in any situation. She was patient and answered my many questions. We had a short escrow period and Amanda made sure everything was lined up perfectly to close on time, and stayed in very close communication with me every step of the way. She is so incredibly supportive and goes above and beyond. If someone is looking for an agent they can really trust, I couldn't recommend Amanda more.
