Buyer reviewAmanda took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and did put in some opinions and suggestions, however they were none invasive, and I liked that approach. I never felt pressured nor felt rushed with timely things, but that was because Amanda did a great job of preparing me of what to expect 3 steps ahead. She knows the rules and regulations that she is obligated to follow and made that very clear from the start. While Amanda knew a lot, like humans, we don't know everything and appreciated it when I Amanda would tell me she does not know the answer to something but will connect with someone and then get back to me with a response, and the 3 times it happened, I got a response back within an hour. I never had to wait lover than an hour, ever!!

I was at ease knowing Amanda was doing the "precise searching" for me while I finished up that process. She was invaluable to me in handling the many details of this transaction, including but not limited to, clarifying communication between myself and the sellers and the timeframe and fine points of the transfer of ownership.

She listened to me and all of my concerns, and addressed them in a clear, non-condescending way. This was important to me since it was my first sale ever and having her guide me through the process was reassuring. Amanda was professional yet personable and I think that's what also aided in the entire sales process running smoothly. For my home to sell within the first three days (above my asking price), shows a great knowledge of the market and my specific area.
