Thank you Amanda Michael for being there every step of the way through the process of selling our home. You were absolutely delightful and so kind. When we envisioned this process, we had pretty high expectations and without us having to say much, you made sure to exceed in every way. We cannot thank you enough for making it seem so effortless, even though we know you were working hard behind the scenes. We will be referring all of our family and our friends without hesitation.

Amanda Michael went up and beyond our expectations in finding us our home. It was a longer process, due to the competitiveness of the market, but she worked endlessly to help us find our perfect home. Amanda was super knowledgeable about the escrow process, contracts and the loan process. We knew we did not have to worry about anything being missed with her help! She is genuine and easy to talk to and be honest with. Really an amazing quality in an a realtor/broker. Unfortunately I think Amanda Michael spoiled us - we will only work with her in the future. Could not be happier with our home buying journey which Amanda was absolutely instrumental in our positive outcome.

Our journey to our new home with Amanda Michael was as good as it gets. Amanda was flexible when it came to times we could look at properties. She would always work with our schedules to make every viewing happen. She was never pushy and let us lead the way...which was HUGE for us. She never seemed irritated at our requests, even when they were probably out of reach :) She would always support our wishes and did everything she could to fulfill our dreams and accommodate our growing family. When one offer wouldn't work out, she never seemed discouraged-even if we were. She was one reason we felt good about continuing our search in a completive market. I would recommend Amanda because she is honest and truly cares for her clients. I would feel confident recommending her knowing my friends or family would get the exact same care we received. Amanda has integrity and it showed through every interaction she had. She was communicative with all members involved. Amanda made our experience during a stressful time...enjoyable.
