Buyer reviewJust to start, this was a very difficult process for me. I had lived in the house that I sold along with the property since I was 14 and I am now 84. Amanda made this an enjoyable event and made it much easier for me to get through this. She was very knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to go and find the answer if she didn't know it. She was very friendly and went way beyond her job duties to help myself and my daughter find just exactly what we wanted. Once we found what we were looking for she made all the transactions very easy. I would recommend her to anybody. You can't go wrong working with Amanda speedy.

Seller reviewI had multiple offers within the close of the first day the sign went up. One offer was accepted. I was scheduled to have closing within a reasonable time frame but do to the poor handling by the mortgage company it drug out longer then I preferred. If it wasn't for Amanda staying on the mortgage company we probably would have let the offer expire and had to start over. Amanda is excellent at what she does and see is a hard worker and very professional in all ways possible.
