Seller reviewI first came into contact with Amanda during a showing in which a friend was purchasing a home. I quickly picked up on her honesty and geniune nature. Amanda was always honest. When it came time to list my house, she helped by voicing her opinion on areas that needed improvement within the home to sell. The home sold quick! We had 10 showings within the first full day of the house hitting the market. If you are looking to buy or sell a home on the southside of Indianapolis/Greenwood area, she is your person! (I am confident, she could sell a home anywhere). The experience was great!! I had never sold a home before and she was there throughout the entire process which was great and she truly supported us throughout the entire sales process.

Seller reviewAmanda took very good care of us. The house was only on the market for about 3 hours for the first buyer, who may have jumped a little early and developed cold feet about the purchase. But, with it back on the market, it wasn't long before she had the house sold to another buyer. As a first time home seller, this process is very intimidating. I am one who looks at a task, and manages to imagine all the things that might go wrong. Amanda did a great job of handling everything, even keeping me calm when little things (that seemed like huge obstacles to me) popped up. She didn't so much guide me, as she managed everything and consulted with me to get my input about some of the details. She had answers and solutions to everything through the process. I would highly recommend Century 21 Sheets, and especially Amanda for her knowledge of not only selling a home, but also the connections and people she knows that can handle anything from roofs to sump pumps, including painting inside and out, siding repair, and appliance replacement. This was a very good experience!

She is knowlegable about the market and homes in Idianapolia and thw surounding areas.She sold my original residence with in a day of the listing.She helped me figure out what.I really.wanted in a home and narrow down the area I really wanted to be in.Dispite the limited number of homes available right now she came through for me as I knew she would She showed me several homes and she pointed out several things that I didnt notice or hadnt considered.. She is honest profesional and truley wanted to help me to find.my dream house.Amanda is the best of the best I couldnt jave done it with out her. Thanks to Amanda we got the offer in quickly and it was accepted I was very discouraged due to the homes being snatched up so quickly due to the low number of homes available. But she was up beat and and reasured me we'd find."my" house..and she was.right.
