Buyer reviewThe sale of my home and purchase of a new one have been somewhat complicated and honestly, I don't know if I could've made it through the entire process if it weren't for Amanda Speedy. Amanda has been very gracious with her time and her knowledge and I couldn't be more pleased with her efforts. My calls/texts were always returned in a timely manner and requests for information were acknowledged and answered promptly. I hope I don't have to move again in the near future, but if I did make that decision, my first call would be to Amanda; I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anybody. I didn't know Amanda before I listed my house for sale, but I imagine that we will keep in touch and be good friends for a long time!

Seller reviewWe interview 5 brokers before selecting Amanda. I wouldn't talk to Amanda if Century 21 charged over 6% commission. When she came for interview she was prepared with stats , comps and a game plan. Amanda was very personable, upbeat. She made a few small suggests to fix but told us not to do big ticket items like replace carpet. When we finally had a buyer she went above her duty to get the sale through. We moved to Florida before the close and Amanda oversaw the repairs crucial to the sale. I would highly recommend her.
