She selected houses for us to look at that met most of our requirements, so we did not waste any time when looking at houses. The communication was always quick and accurate. I felt that she had our well being at heart at all times. There was a day that an agent showed up to look at our house without having informed her. Amanda was not happy about this and immediately took action. I would recommend Amanda Staines to anyone because she really knows what she is doing, she is on top of things and she takes great care of her clients.
