One of the best things about doing business with Amanda was her communications skills. She was always very clear and coherent when I had questions, and she kept my informed throughout the entire process. She especially excelled in the negotiation process. We dealt with some particularly difficult buyers, and Amanda knew exactly when to be firm and when to make concessions. We sold our house quickly and for a price I was more than happy with.
