She took the time to understand our lifestyle and interests, which just made everything easier and more efficient. She was extremely helpful as we navigated various situations from afar, and was clear and timely in all communications. Her calm demeanor and good sense of humor also helped us settle down when we were freaking out (and made house hunting pretty fun when we weren't freaking out!). Amanda also has a lot of contacts and a deep roster of professionals to call on, so we didn't have to dig around for our own recommendations when things needed to get addressed after we made our offer. Buying a house is stressful- having a knowledgeable and proactive agent like Amanda made the process so much better for us. We would work with her again, highly recommended!!
