Buyer reviewAfter having released our previous agent; We met Amber Durkoop at an open house and explained our situation and needs in a house. During a tough housing market in 2023 Amber went above and beyond working with a difficult homeowner on a private home sale. Amber was an amazing mediator and even worked with our bank for information requested. Amber has a lot of knowledge about items most agents we encountered don't know and items that we would not have considered. Amber has many good contacts that can provide assesments and insite to an area of concern. Amber was an amazing agent for us, and when we go through this process again, we will request Amber Durkoop as our realestate agent.

I let Amber Durkoop know I needed to see figures in black and white so she let me know how everything will work out. Amber always let me know when the market may or maynot be changing and how to accomadate the changes. It was great working with Amber. I would totally recommend her to anyone! She consistantly works above and beyond and definately for her client.
