Buyer reviewAmber Mills was with us from beginning to end and involved in all aspects of the home buying experience. She took in the guidelines of the type of home we were looking for and was able to show us multiple homes that met the criteria. At each home she was able to give us in depth information about the area and things we could expect while living there. When we decided to look at new construction, she helped us to reach out to a company and gave us a rundown of how the experience would be different and the things to watch for. She was involved throughout the building process, loan process, and right through to closing. We did have some roadblocks toward the end and she worked as advocate to straighten out the issues with the builder and really went to battle for us to make sure we got everything we were supposed to. The home buying process can be long and stressful. Do yourself a favor and work with Amber Mills. You'll be happy you did.

Up until closing day, she pressed the builder acting in my best interest to make sure my home was perfect. She is not just my realtor, she's become a dear friend, supporting me through the sale of my home and the purchase of another home. As a seller's agent, she also negotiated the most we could get for the sale and walked me through every step in the process.
