My Motto:
Relocation is stressful- whether you are buying or selling, moving from in town or out of town. Having a great team to facilitate your sale, lease or purchase does matter! I like to think of my real estate business as a concierge service to my clients. I treat every transaction as if it's my own home sale, purchase or lease.

I have been a FULL time REALTOR since 2002. As a 23+ year military dependent, I understand the military move. It has been my drive to provide the same core values to military personnel and families that I would want- Integrity, Accountability, Honesty- and regardless of my client's price point, that is my dedication.

After a Las Vegas PCS to SOCOM, I am excited to bring my decade + of real estate experience to the Tampa Bay area: traditional sales, new home sales, short sale negotiations, foreclosures, probate sales, commercial leasing, residential leasing (tenant and landlord), investment homes, vacation rentals, corporate relocation, VA loans, conventional loans, FHA loans and cash transactions.

She helped me find people to do the work. Before I move to Georgia she was excellent. They're telling me what I really needed to do to fix the house up for sale. She was very professional about it and yet we had fun discussing how much money I was gonna have to spend she made it. She made it painless and that was very important

Amy is friendly, personable, punctual, and knowledgeable, which you don't realize how much you need experience until you have an issue during the process. While purchasing my new home there were so many odd and complicated issues and i feel VERY strongly that with another realtor, they wouldn't have known what to do but she knew exactly how to handle the issues in a timely manner. Amy was and is a dream to have on my side even after the purchasing my home when i have questions she still is committed to help! I can't say enough about her and what a wonderful time I had on this incredible journey to find my paradise, my Home! I had so many requirements for my place and she completely took on the challenge and came through with flying colors while making me feel happy and comfortable the whole time.. Bottom line, I wouldn't want anyone else to work with than Amy! Veteran approved 1000%!
