I was born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania. At the age of 20 I became a single mother. Raising my daughter on my own taught me independence and perseverance, skills that serve me well in my professional life. Eight years later I was blessed with a wonderful son. Both of my children are now grown and married and I have a sweet grandson. The Hazleton/McAdoo area has been my home for over twenty-five years. My time here has given me an in-depth knowledge of the areas in which you may be thinking of buying or selling. Working with my agent on the sale of my own home drew me to the Real Estate profession. She loved her job and did it well. It gave her a chance to help people realize their dreams, and I wanted to be part of that! Buyer reviewWhen my wife and I first found the home listed, Amy was extremely easy to get ahold of and answer any questions on the property. Seeing it was also very easy (I believe we saw it the very first day that we called about it). I believe from the first phone call to the closing date, it was about a month. There was some back and forth to make sure that everything was going smoothly (title search, wiring money, etc.) and Amy helped keep the ball moving in a very polite and respectful manner to all of those involved. Her co-agent, Brian McCardle, was also a huge help every step of the way. Like Amy, he was extremely personable and very helpful.
