Amy started real estate after working for 25years with a local municipality in Wake County, NC. During this time, she worked alongside various departments, residents and the development community to ensure applications and processes were communicated, explained correctly, completed timely and efficiently. Amy understands where to obtain information on any pending rezoning cases and permit processing for building a new home or just wanting to know what is happening in the local area. She knows that purchasing or selling a home can be stressful. Amy really listens to what the client is looking for. As a realtor, Amy will work to ensure the process runs smoothly as possible with valuable communication and commitment to being available when you need her.
Amy and her husband spent a good year searching for that perfect retirement home in North Carolina. Their hearts kept coming back to the High Country, as she describes it as her place of peace. So as a team they know how important it is finding your forever home or home away from home.
When not assisting clients Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, six grandchildren, friends, playing golf, reading, sewing, hiking, running.
