Amy, then helped us to sell our manufactured home. We encountered several issues related to potential buyers, offers, lenders and bank requirements that were unusual, as well as delays in closing (not any related to Amy's services). Amy diligently dealt with each issue that arose, some which were unique to the selling of the trailer and some that were requested by the buyers lender and ultimately not necessary. She tackled each issue as the came up, kept us thoroughly informed and presented different options (when available). Several of these situations were new to her and she took the time to investigate available options.
