Buyer reviewShe answered my call on a property and then helped me when I found one. I was out of state and she helped me immensely. She even went to the property when a package was delivered too early and secured it inside of the house. It was done quickly and efficiently. Everything went well.

She went out of her way to make sure we understood each step of the process and helped us position the house, through carefully researched advice, to a quick sale. I would recommend her to anyone in the area who is in need of a genuine, forthright, and easy-to-engage realtor. What struck me about her was an interpersonal warmth. She went out of her way to handle my questions with care and an easy disposition. She really was an excellent realtor and it felt like she was trying very hard to help us through the process. I only dealt with Amy, was never in their physical building or worked with anyone else.

This transaction was easier than when I first bought my house years ago and Amy Sue Hill was encouraging and positive. Within hours of my house being listed she had several showings already. I had an offer within a week and I feel that Amy's knowledge of the area, her staging and mostly her bright, positive personality and smile contributed to getting an offer so quickly.
