Seller reviewWe were paired up with Anastasiya by happen chance. We did not know her before speaking on the phone about potentially selling our condo, but once we did, and met in person, she was the clear cut choice for us to use as a selling agent! She came to our property, spent a lot of time getting to know us, did her research, priced the property fair, went above and beyond to make sure all parts of her job were completed thoroughly! In a highly competitive buyers market, and 7 other properties similar to ours in our condo complex, she found a way to make ours stick out above the rest and get it under contract in a much shorter time frame than all the comps were showing. Through negotiating sale price, she held strong on the number we discussed and didnt cave just to get the sale. She wasnt just an agent for us, she became a friend and always looked out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the NBM area, we will absolutely use her again when purchasing in that area! A

She is so responsive, immediately replying to any inquiry we have, and reaching out with timely information so we always know what is going on. She is very knowledgeable on all topics of real estate sales and purchases, and knows the Myrtle Beach area, and Barefoot Resort very well. She always worked tirelessly on our behalf, offering excellent advice on properties and negotiations. We completely trust her, having dealt with her twice before and being completely satisfied.
