Andrea helped narrow down a few properties that fit my requirements and helped in the negotiation of a purchase to my benefit. Andrea then expertly listed, marketed, and sold my home at a much faster than anticipated pace! Roughly 2 months ahead of what I had budgeted for! With her expertise the home sold not only quickly but well over list price!! Buyer reviewThrough the years my wife and I have spoken to many realtors locally and out of state. Andrea was the only one to pick up the phone or send a text every few weeks and see how we were doing or to say she seen something that might interest us. We had started to think with everything digital and self service that realtors expected clients to keep up with the daily houses coming on the market. Andrea was always on it. Could have asked for a better person to represent us. We were picky and at times needy and she always was accommodating and understanding. Will use again if we decide to buy and highly recommend.
