A friend recommended Andrea, and she truly is a gem. She knew how to price my property, knew what to do with a clogged sewer line, recommended someone to put in a new sewer line, handled the negotiation process with expertise, found my new house for me, has worked HARD to get my current house sold. I don't believe any other realtor would have worked as hard. Her level of expertise is extremely impressive. I am grateful every day to have found her.
