Seller reviewAndrew was fantastic from start to finish. We have a unique situation where I am power of attorney for a relative in Rochester but I live in California. Andrew stepped in to help with this rental property initially connecting us with his network for property management and maintenance. Then when we decided to sell the house Andrew was able to market and get multiple offers in less than a month. During the long escrow Andrew kept an eye on the property which was vacant and made sure it was clean and ready to transfer to the buyer. Andrew was a lifesaver for me and made this process easy despite my distance. I highly recommend him and will utilize Andrew and his team again without hesitation.
