He was very knowledgeable of the area and knew where I would feel comfortable. Andrew is a very passionate man who knows his business, he works constantly and doesn't stop until you find what you want.

Buyer reviewAndrew was on time for all of our appointments, which we had not experienced with the previous broker we had. This let us know we were important to him. I had a bad experience with a broker who was not experienced. On the first call with Andrew Spano, he asked all the questions I wanted him to ask to gain all the information he needed to find our home. From that point on, Andrew was a wealth of knowledge for me as a first time buyer. He was patient with all of my questions, so I felt comfortable with every step of this process.

Seller reviewI think I've said all the things in my comments above but to reiterate ... once my husband and I met with Andrew Spano we both knew we had made the right decision listing our house with him and Century 21. Andrew went above and beyond, especially the last month before the closing as both my husband and myself were out of state and he helped us with last minute things we couldn't be there to handle. We can't thank him enough for going the extra mile and being there for us at such an important time. Andrew was always available for me and answered whatever questions I had, I could call, text or e-mail him - even when he was away on vacation and he would respond to me. It was a comforting feeling knowing I could count on him. Both my husband and I were completely satisfied with the service and treatment we received from Andrew Spano and the personal touches he added. We felt that we had a friend selling our home and were completely comfortable with it in his hands.
