Since relocating to Black Mountain in 2015, Angela has developed a deep understanding of the Asheville region's real estate market and built strong community connections. She and her husband also own a General Contracting business, giving her additional insight into building and development. Buyer reviewI found Angela on Yelp and she had very good reviews, and some of them even indicated they were moving out of state, just like us. From the moment we got in contact I knew how awesome she was, and she proved to be amazing each step of the way. We moved across the country. This wasn't an easy task at all, in fact we started looking for houses while still living in CA. Angela was very friendly, professional, knoledgeable. She was very organized and detail oriented and I couldn't ask for more. She was not hard to reach (like others realtors we dealt with), on the contrary, she would always be there for us, one way or another. She did tons of negotiations for us, TONS of research and she was a huge reason why we are so satisfied with the purchase of our house. It was nice knowing we had her support and more every step of the way. I don't have enough words to thank her. She was amazing. Highly recommend Angela.

I was worried about the process because of some stories I heard from friends about their experiences with other real estate agents. Angela far exceeded my expectations in every way. I am very particular and thorough whenever I make big decisions. She went above and beyond to help me satisfy every inquiry I had about multiple properties. It was a wonderful pressure free experience. She asked the right questions gaging my potential interest on a property and made sure I was ready to proceed with the next steps. During my DD period she did all the legwork I asked of her. While also checking in on things I did not think to research. In the end I was able to close on my chosen property at a super wonderful price. Angela fought for me to get the lowest possible purchase price and it worked which is such a credit to her selflessness for her clients. I never felt pressured and I am elated with my new piece of land. I cannot recommend her enough. She is the best and you will be so blessed to work with her.
