She grew up in Southeast Florida and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Miami. Since relocating to Black Mountain in 2015, Angela has developed a deep understanding of the Asheville region's real estate market and built strong community connections. She and her husband also own a General Contracting business, giving her additional insight into building and development. Buyer reviewAngela Marino is an awesome agent! She listened to what I wanted, went above and beyond in doing a market analysis for me and advising me. I bought a piece of land and she helped me by calling the county building permit office to get all the info I needed, she filled out the permit form for me, and even met with me out at the land (which is more than an hour from her office) with the Inspector and met me there before to help prepare the land for the Inspector. She walked me through the entire process with thoroughness and professionalism. I really can't say enough great things about Angela and how much she helped me to buy a beautiful piece of property!!

Seller reviewI have spread the word throughout the neighborhood about how excellent it was to deal with Century 21 Hi-Alta, and Angela Marino in particular. Several neighbors commented how impressed they were to see her at the property and actively involved. Angela was very professional and personal in all matters involved with the sale of our house.

Buyer reviewI first met Angela when I called about a listing I had seen online. I didn't have a realtor representing me but she was very happy to answer all my questions about the property. Most realtors will not do that but she absolutely no problems doing so. She was very honest about the listing and it really wasn't a good fit for me. I let her know I was selling my condo and wasn't really ready to buy just yet. She said she would be happy to wait until my condo was sold and would be more than happy to represent me me and when I was ready to buy. She kept in touch with me during the two months it took my condo to sell. She went out of her way to show me some properties and we eventually found my perfect home. Her hard work and dedication to her job made me feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with!
