She grew up in Southeast Florida and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Miami. Since relocating to Black Mountain in 2015, Angela has developed a deep understanding of the Asheville region's real estate market and built strong community connections. She and her husband also own a General Contracting business, giving her additional insight into building and development. Buyer reviewAngela was very patient with us. During our search for a second home she paid close attention to what we wanted and focused on finding it for us. She is very knowledgeable, honest, kind, and detail oriented. Being that we were from out of state, she was very thorough in explaining the process in NC for us. Overall, Angela is the best realtor I worked with and has exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend her!

Buyer reviewAngela was great to work with. She was very personable and approchable. Anytime we had a question she responded quickly and explained things to us in a way we could understand. Angela made sure we got the best deal possible on our home and when our home inspector tried to overcharge us, she was quick to correct him so we were only charged the price we were quoted. Angela really went above and beyond on our closing day. She drove 45 minutes to pick up our deed to ensure that we would close on time. We are first time home buyers and this whole process was made so much easier and less daunting by having such a great agent. We will definitely recommend Angela and Century 21 Hi-Alta to all of our family and friends.

She understood what we were looking for and took the time to help us find it, despite the relative low amount of $$ involved. Angela researched everything for us in great detail. She made us very comfortable about our decision by providing as much information as possible. Angela is very friendly and professional and I would recommend her to everyone.

Buyer reviewAngela was extremely responsive in all aspects. This started as a remote purchase and she went above and beyond to drive to properties and view them on our behalf. Angela was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process and managed the post contract process extremely well. I was particularly impressed with Angela's knowledge of the various communities around Asheville and she was invaluable in helping us narrow down our search. We were looking at more rural properties as well as vacant land and Angela was able to answer all of our questions regarding utilities, easements, and restrictions. We came into town for just one week in our search for properties and Angela was ready to show them all and we managed to find our home during that visit. I would highly recommend Angela Marino for anyone searching for the right property in the Asheville area!!
