I've listed and sold many homes and condos in Florida, mainly in the Greater Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg areas, with strong focus on residential sales and New Construction in the Apollo Beach area. Over the years, I've successfully guided clients through both buyers and seller's markets, helping them to achieve their real estate goals no matter the circumstances. When I'm not out closing deals you can find me on the Pickleball court, Dancing, or spending time with my family. I've lived in the Tampa Bay area for 9 years now, originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I traded the Atlantic for the Gulf, but I still cherish my Maryland roots, Baltimore Orioles, Crabfeast, and crazy waves....and I'm still and always rooting Ravens first, but I root for the BUCS and GO BOLTS! I love living in this area, I'm very familiar with all the great spots to live, eat, and play!
