Ann Burke helped us buy our house two years ago, and when we decided to sell, we didn't even consider any other agent. We had recommended her to our neighbors, who got an offer after only two days on the market. Therefore, when we saw it was a good time to sell, we asked her to sell our house, too. She is knowledgeable in the area, and very experienced. She lined up an impressive array of showings, and we had over 30 appointments and a contract for sale for us in a little over two weeks. She was very helpful in telling us what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell, and helped us navigate through the process. She is a detail-oriented person, and I felt she was in complete control of the situation. When we moved out of the house before it was sold, she coordinated everything and was there to let in the inspectors, and people doing bug treatments, and told us how to handle the septic surprise we found during the process. If you have a house to sell in South Brunswick, or the immediate area, you will enjoy working with Ann Burke. We may need to move back in a couple of years, and if we do, we will be calling Ann!
