Anne McPherson of CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty

We met Anne at an open house for another property that we were interested in. That didn't work out, but we knew right away that she was someone we would like to work with. She wasn't pushy or too "sales-y" and that's exactly what we needed. Anne facilitated both our sale and our purchase - and she did wonderfully with each. At first she was a bit reserved, but when it came time to negotiate our purchase offer(s), she came alive and it was amazing. She was on top of everything and always put our best interests first. She made it clear to other agents (and us) that she would not tolerate any games and was our advocate throughout the process. We said it multiple times throughout our time with Anne - she was more like a friend than someone we hired. We had a lot of laughs and good times while working with her, and we wouldn't trade that experience for any other. We had some real letdowns throughout the process and she was nothing but supportive the entire time. We mostly communicated electronically and it was generally a matter of minutes before we would hear back from her. She also exhibited EXTREME patience at all times - even when my wife and I were getting frustrated and overwhelmed with some parts of the process. From start to finish, Anne made it the best it could be. Since we only dealt with Anne, I can't really comment on other aspects of Century 21 Action Plus, but having agents like her as the face of the company is definitely a way to succeed. If there's a "Top Agent" or similar award given at Action Plus, Anne should have it. She's like a diamond in the rough and deserves more recognition than I've seen her get. She has a talent for real estate that would make her a huge asset to anyone who works with her. If we ever have the need for a real estate agent (hopefully not!) and Anne is still active, there would be absolutely no hesitation to work with her again. Thank you, Anne, for everything you did! You are the best!

Anne McPherson is extremely personable and does everything in a timely manner. She is quickly responsive to any needs/issues that may arise. I would recommend Anne to anyone looking for a property- you won't be disappointed!

I would work with Anne again in a heartbeat. She is extremely personable and great to work with. She always seemed to be available to either answer questions or meet up for showings. At showings, she had her homework done and could answer questions that arose. She even followed up with us after the sale was complete and finalized.
