I am married and have a beautiful wife & 3 amazing children. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2008 but have been involved in real estate in some shape or form since 1998. Tony Maffei stayed confident and kept us informed during the entire process. We faced several delays, during which time Tony Maffei was in contact with the probate attorney, foreclosure attorney, mortgage company and title company investigating what was holding up the closing. Tony Maffei's commitment to my family proved he was the best realtor for my complicated purchase. In my mind, no other realtor could have completed the purchase of my property, but Tony Maffei! Tony Maffei proved that his experience is infact superior and used his amazing negotiation skills that got us a $15,000 price reduction. He pointed me in the right direction for financing and had my pre-approval letter within 15 minutes. Through every step, he would help point out potential issues with the properties that I wouldn't have caught. By the end, he had even "trained" my daughter as to what to look for when we walked through a house. After we had decided on a property, that's when he really went to work. If there was an opportunity to get a price reduction in my favor, he did. He left no stone unturned. I don't feel I would have made the deal I did if it weren't for his persistence through the negotiation process. He truly had my back from the initial phone call to the final closing. He has become more than just my realtor. He is now family and there will always be a chair at the dinner table for him in my new home. Thanks again for everything you did!

He also gave us advise on how much the house could bring with no repairs and how much with his suggested improvements. He kept us informed all on the showings and any comments.
