I am married and have a beautiful wife & 3 amazing children. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2008 but have been involved in real estate in some shape or form since 1998. Buyer reviewTony was very patient with us during our search and was very in tune to our needs (and wants). We never felt pressured to buy a particular property. We were first time buyers and he took the time to explain all the details to us and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Negotiations on the price got a bit tense at one point and I really do not think we could have gotten the property without Tony's patience and skills. We felt he was very trustworthy and had our best interests at all times. He even went the extra mile by being with us during the signing of our title (even the people in the office commented it is rare to see brokers come in with buyers these days). Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tony. We heard so many horror stories about buying property for the first time but we were lucky to have Tony guiding us every step of the way that it was actually a pleasant and exciting experience. He was such a blessing to us and we would absolutely work with him again. We trusted him so much that when my mother-in-law decided to move to the area, we did not hesitate to ask Tony to help her.

We had an older outdated property that needed some love and attention and a lot of clean up. Tony knew who to call and assisted with his contacts to achieve the cleanup and haul off of stuff at an affordable price. He even went as far as letting me use a trailer to haul stuff off with. This man does what it takes to get your property sold and he does not tell you lies he is only about the facts. He knows the area and the market very well. I highly recommend Anthony (Tony) Maffei if you want to sell or buy a home.
