We had another agent from another agency who had previously viewed our house; he did not exhibit much enthusiasm for our home. Anthony gave us that he liked our house and was willing to market it appropriately. He brought us to a beautiful young couple who loved our house and we were very happy they got it. We would not hesitate to use Anthony again, With all the work that sellers have to put into getting a house ready for sale (we had been there 30 years), it makes a big difference when the agent gives a positive feeling about the property.
