Mr. Pedroza was outstanding. I have never met a broker/agent with so much knowledge that went above and beyond the call of duty. This is probably my fourth sale and purchase in real estate and have to say that Mr. Pedroza was amazing in handling all aspects of this deal, from problems with the loans to handling issues with escrow. He is a Jack Of All Trades! He was a gentlemen throughout the whole process. He maintained a professional demeanor even when things got complicated...and they did. Beyond incredible! I will never go to another agent. He will be highly recommended to all the people I know. His advertising was the key. He had a drone and took many pictures. Tony was just a name to us... We had no idea if we could trust him or not as a realtor. Not only that but we were completely unaware of the process in buying a home. We didn't know how to go about picking our first house or if we could even qualify for one. However we took a chance with Tony and would do it all over again! Tony helped us every step of the way.
