Mr. Pedroza was outstanding. I have never met a broker/agent with so much knowledge that went above and beyond the call of duty. This is probably my fourth sale and purchase in real estate and have to say that Mr. Pedroza was amazing in handling all aspects of this deal, from problems with the loans to handling issues with escrow.
