As she represented me in this sale, I was especially pleased that she took care of the property carefully. I don't live in the area and I needed to trust my agent to take care of tasks that a local seller would otherwise be able to take care of. April went through great care to stage the home, connect with the property management company managing my home, and making sure that tasks were completed in a timely manner so the selling process went smoothly and it did! The home sold over the asking price and the process was quick. The whole process lasted less than 45 days. I highly recommend April. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.
