A native of New Orleans, Louisiana. April is a graduate of the University of New Orleans, and received a degree in Finance and real estate in 1992. April has been in the real estate closing and title field since 1985 including being a licensed title insurance agent and Notary Public. In 2006, CENTURY 21 Smith Realty Group was created with one vision that continues to drive the focus today...exceeding client expectations at every opportunity! Buyer reviewI sold my home in Florida and had 30 days to move out. This gave me two days to fly here and find my forever home. I contacted April and explained my situation. She immediately jumped on finding me homes to see. April was very much on top of my needs and wants. She didn't waste my time showing me homes that I wasn't interested in. I looked at seven beautiful homes. Number seven was perfect. We signed a contract that day. April negotiated a great price for me. I went home packed a 8 room house. All while April handled everything here. I closed on my new home 33 days later. I love my new home and area. This could not have happened without April Smith.
