We have dealt with Apryl Berry for several years now. She was referred to us by our previous property manager who was retiring and quite frankly, my husband and I feel that Apryl does a much better job. We live out in California and have 2 investment properties in NC. She has been our eyes and ears out there for years. She had helped us sell a prior investment home that was not doing so well just last year. She had made that previous sale experience so easy. We were finally ready to look for a replacement investment property this year and had took time to fly over to NC to look at properties. We were so blown away that our friend and my husband and I decided to purchase new investment homes that weekend. They were brand new constructions, but Apryl monitored the construction and kept in constant contact with the builders and us through the whole process. Now with the homes finally purchased, Apryl is locating potential renters and managing our properties out there.
In the interim, I also coordinated with Apryl to help my mom purchase her first investment property. The purchase was made site unseen. We trust Apryl and her expertise that much to jump into a purchase without looking at the property. My mom was very pleased as the process made easy by Apryl. She now has even located my mom a new tenant.
We had always appreciated Apryl as our property manager for the past few years, but with all that she has done for us this past year, we know how lucky we are to have her watching our investment properties.
