What I like most about Mr. Armando Popoca is that he walks his talk and represents everything positive that I learned about real estate agents in my Fannie Mae's HomeView Course; he has integrity and honesty. My lawyer was very impressed with his work as well. Lastly, I highly recommend working with Mr. Armando Popoca because he makes buying a home seem so easy and he was highly attentive to my needs.

Seller reviewI interviewed Armando and another agent from Re-Max. I had made it known to both that I was conducting 2 interviews. While the agent from Re-Max couldn't stop trying to get information from me about Centurt 21, Armando did not even question me about my 1st interview. I admired that about him. He is very polite and respectful. I would definitely choose him again if needed. He was so interested in the prospect of getting the job. The other agent who had been in the business for almost 30 years showed it, no enthusiasm whatsoever. Armando showed great enthusiasm and he worked hard. I was very pleased. It was hard to move from a house that I really enjoyed. He sensed my uneasiness and tried to help. He helped to make the transition smooth. I think he is one of your best agents.
