Ashlyn is so helpful, hard-working, and focused on keeping you informed and educated during a househunt! I would have been completely overwhelmed without her (or at least woefully unprepared for hunting and purchasing), but she made the entire process as stress-free as I can imagine it being. I felt like I learned so much from her and she always erred on the side of transparency and communication. All the positive things mentioned about her in other reviews are true, but I really just can't say enough good things about how well-informed Ashlyn made me feel as a first-time homebuyer. She's been super sweet and helpful after closing, as well, and I love the place she helped me find.

There are not enough nice things we can say about Ashlyn! She is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate, detail orientated and always put's her clients first. In less than a week, Ashlyn put our house on the market, held an open house and got us multiple offers with one being $130K over listing! We had a few hours to put our house on the market and within MINUTES of hitting the market, several people had reached out to inquire about our home. Ashlyn not only assisted us with selling our home but helped us purchase our forever home! She never let any obstacle get in our way and always had our best interest. In less than 30 days we listed our current home, submitted an offer on a new home and closed on both houses!
