The purchase of my home was the most frustrating & difficult process I have experiences due to issues that were of no fault of his. (there were some issues with the title work on the sellers end. Austin did a great job of fighting for us and making things right in the end. Throughout the entire process he kept us updated every step of the way and explained things when I did not completely understand it. His knowledge, pleasant attitude, kindness & first time home buying tips made the whole process so easy to understand.
