Buyer reviewWe explained our situation to Aviva, how we were in a bit of a time crunch to buy a home as our landlord gave us very short notice to vacant the property as he was going to sell it. She knew we had a 1 year old son, and demanding jobs with little time to really put in to finding a home. Aviva took the time to get to know us as a family, to truly understand our needs and what neighborhoods would fit best for us. She must have taken us to 30+ properties within a couple weeks and we finally found the right one. During the home inspection she took extra time in paying attention to detail. We really felt like Aviva was our ally throughout this process. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor that exhibits integrity, hard work, great communication skills, and a genuine passion for wanting to help her clients find their perfect home.
