She was very knowledgable about the whole house searching and purchasing process. We are first time homebuyers and she really helped us out in getting financing, searching for the perfect home and negotiating. She is super sweet and a delight to work with. She always responded to our emails and phone calls right away. I would definitely call her if we ever decided to move...Which we won't anytime soon because we love our house!!!

Buyer reviewAviva has exceeded my expectations. She has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I had major issues with Chase UW department not being detail oriented and delaying my closing by almost two weeks. Since I needed to get in my townhouse asap to start renovations, Aviva took matters into her own hands and contacted the appropriate people at Chase to get the close process moving since no one felt is was a priority. Otherwise, I think I would STILL be waiting to close with Chase. Thank you Aviva!
