Seller reviewAviva Beal had sold the home next to us less than a year before we decided to sell ours. That is one of the reasons we decided to use her and Century 21 Lullo. She provided a comparative analysis of the market to help us set a realistic price and always kept us updated and promptly replied to any questions we had. A buyer purchased the home in the time frame that Aviva had said the home would be sold. When one's home is sold within the time frame one hopes that it will sell and at what we think is a reasonable price and commission, how can anyone complain?

She made sure I understood the process and went out of her way to help me make decisions that were best for me not necessarily the most profitable for her comission which I truly appreciated. When it later became time to sell my home I looked to Aviva again and with her guidance I prepared my home well and she was able to get it sold for me in less than 2 weeks! I will never use another realtor for my property needs!

After purchasing the home, Aviva went above and beyond by contacting the Village of Roselle to get a paper so we could close on time. She was extremely helpful and patient. We were very happy with our choice and wouldn't have been able to close on time without her!! Aviva was outstanding and helpful. She made sure everything was taken care of. We appreciate all she did for us!
