Open Houses/Inspection- Ayla drove from one side of town to the other a few times to ensure we viewed properties we were interested in right away. She often set up same day showings for property we wanted to see. Once inside the property she took care to point out to us even the smallest defect or issue down to even the way the house smelled. Local Knowledge- We moved from out of state so we depended heavily upon Ayla for guidance on neighborhood access to schools, shopping, geographical features etc. Ayla was very detailed when speaking to school districts and also finding a backyard that wasn't too sloped for our toddler. Negotiations of purchase- The most important aspect of working with Ayla is her honesty and ethical fortitude. The first property we put an offer on was a foreclosure. After showing she told us right away that compared comps in the area she felt it was overpriced. As this was our first offer she advised us to all costs to consider before making the offer. This helped us to make a more informed decision. After our second offer she asked seller for 24 hour decision to be made because the first offer had taken so long and caused us to miss out on other options. She sensed our fatigue and asked for this without me telling her to and that made me feel truly advocated. General communication- Ayla made me feel from day one that I could call or text her anytime about anything and I wouldn't be a bother. When I did reach out she responded immediately always and put any fears or concerns I had to rest. During the closing of process, she was instrumental in making sure title company and lender were on the same page and kept constant communication with the builder of our home from signing to close. I cannot say enough about Ayla's professionalism, her warmth, and the ability to listen for clients needs and wants in the things that are not said. This is what made the difference for our family. Once we arrived in Arkansas after two flights our two year old was tired and irritable. Ayla met us at the title office she was all smiles and hugs. She had a big pink bag with surprise for our baby girl who lit up with joy when she saw it. While we signed important documents Ayla played with our daughter and kept her in good spirits. She even gave us a ride to our home afterwards. I have made a friend in Ayla and look forward to sending her many clients in the future.
