Seller reviewI was selling from out of state, so Barbara Blades had no easy task ahead of her. She worked tirelessly to make recommendations and get the house ready to list. Upon listing she had a whirlwind of showings, getting a solid offer within 28 hours. We went under contract the following day. She continued to work through coordinating the inspection, appraisal, and repairs to the home after the home inspection, even coordinating regular lawn care. Barbara maintained a good line of communication with me, filling me in on any updates. I have already recommended her to others thinking of listing.
