Seller reviewIf there was ever a person who was destined to be a real estate agent, Barbara Carter is that person. My house was on the market with another agency for a year before Barbara took over and within a week I had three offers. The other agency was not able to provide a market analysis for accurate pricing, was not able to handle the challenge of a seller who resides 3,000 mile away from her property, and did not view the unique characteristics of my home in a positive manner. Barbara's skill, knowledge, positive outlook, ethics, and attention to detail were evidenced in the prompt and successful sale of my home. Century 21 has an agent with a sound commitment to excellence. Barbara Carter is truly a super star!

Seller reviewBarbara is great and I have used her as my Realtor a number of times throughout the years. I'm a real estate developer on the side of my full time job which purchases and resells homes I've used Barbara for both and will continue to do so in the future. Over the years you can tell that she has educated herself heavily with the Hudson Valley area market but also with the technology that has been brought to the industry. Text messaging, emails, comp reports, electronic signatures, etc. I love it and I know the rest of people seeking or selling homes already do or will as well...
