During that time I have developed the skills and experience necessary to provide buyers and sellers with a positive experience and successful transaction. I feel that it is important to strive for excellence in my profession and I do this by keeping current with continual education and technology training. I hold the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and Certified Buyer's Representative.When I'm not selling Real Estate, I am an avid reader, walker, gardener and hospitality planner. I am a Literacy Volunteer for East Bay Literacy Volunteers and am a member of the Tiverton Garden Club.

Barbara Hanaway is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. She understood all our needs and exactly what we were looking for. After the purchase and sales agreement was signed, unexpected issues posed by a probate court delayed sale of the property by the previous occupants children. Barbara introduced all parties to an excellent attorney who knew exactly what to do and worked closely with the seller, the buyer and Barbara to rapidly resolve these issues and close the sale. I would highly recommend Barbara Hanaway to anyone looking for property in Tiverton Rhode Island. Barbara is a wealth of information and even though we have moved into the property ,she is always available to provide us with excellent referrals ranging from painters and contractors to the best restaurants in the area.

Barbara Hanaway put a big effort into staging the property, and performed many tasks above and beyond normally required of a broker, such as meeting maintenance contractors on site and arranging for various repairs. It was a difficult closing due to a lot of concerns by the buyers that needed to be addressed, and Barbara kept the process on track until closing.September 2018
I would like to thank Barbara and the staff at Century 21 Hallmark Topsail Realty for all the extra effort it took to bring this transaction to closing. I am grateful that we worked with them, and would choose them again if we ever thought of purchasing real estate again in Rhode Island.

Barbara assisted me in the completion of all the related paperwork involved. She professionally staged my home, hi lighting all the important aspects buyers are looking for. By the time she was done, my home never looked better. At that point, she created a professional presentation of pictures and a 3D rendering of my home.
