Seller reviewWhat I considered would be a lengthy process from start to finish, turned to be an uncomplicated process. This had to do with Barbara Hunt handling the process and made it comfortable for us. We signed with Barbara on one day, two days later she had a potential buyer who became new owner. Would recommend her to anyone needing her services buying or selling. Before Barbara we had two other agents list us over a year and half, and did not put much into the advertising or showing.

Buyer reviewWe didn't have any experience in buying an investment property, condo. Every aspect of the process was new to us. Barbara Hunt answered all of our question, making sure we understood the pros and cons. Once we found the propery we wanted, she walked us through the transaction, including helping with inspections and insurance. Barbara got us a great deal. The closing was a quick and seemless experience. I reccomend Barbara Hunt to all my friends and family.

She called Us or sent us a text in the evenings and on the weekends. She was always working 100% to sell our property. She did her best to accommodate our buyer. She went out of her way to be present for our settlement. We truly appreciate everything she did for Us. We would highly recommend her to anybody who is ready to list their home for sale.
