If you are looking for a house, do yourself a favor, call Barbara first. You will feel as if you are her only client! She took away all of the stress and worry. She was in communication with us and our lender through the entire process. Everything was done electronically. From the time we made an offer which was considerably less than the asking price, to closing, was 16, yes sixteen days. Two weeks ahead of schedule. This is unheard of. To top that, this occurred during the Christmas holidays. That is a testament to Barbs work ethic and dedication to her clients. I highly recommend Barb. January 2019

Working with Barb was Great! She truly kept our best interest in mind when she went to work. We had tried for 2 months to sell our home privately with little success. Within days of working with Barb we had a showing and multiple showings each week until she found the right buyers.
