Seller reviewBarbara Shapiro is a consummate professional. The sale was the best case scenario for a challenging situation regarding a sale from outside the state. Despite my being physically removed from the condo and appearance at closing, I was able to make decisions supported by Barbara's real estate knowledge and understanding of choices to be made as I moved from the decision to sell through the final closing. The condo was attractively presented online. Choosing prospective buyers acceptable to condo management went smoothly. Barbara shared her knowledge regarding documentation, tax considerations and obtaining monies for prepaid condo services.
