Mr. Carter was right on top of everything, from setting up multiple viewings (even on short notice), to making offers and negotiating. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and even working on negotiating back and forth on our behalf late into the evenings. There was never a time where he left us "hanging", he always let us know exactly what was going on and what to do/ expect next. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!
